'Beet Up the Blues' Smoothie Bowl

This delicious smoothie bowl is a personal Savse favourite as it includes beetroot, and as you know, we’ll take any opportunity to put the superfood-of-the-moment into our smoothies. Beetroot can be quite unpalatable for some people due to its strong taste and smell, but with the addition of cashews, dates and strawberries, this smoothie has the subtle earthiness of beetroot perfectly complimented with the creaminess from the cashews... you’re ever so welcome.
1 frozen banana
1/4 cup of Super Purple (Plenty of time? Steam 1 beetroot instead)
¼ cup cashews
Splash of non-dairy milk
Blend everything together adding as much water/milk needed. Savse tip: blend with more water than milk due to the already creamy consistency of the cashews.
